Root Cause Liability clauses are complex legal constructs. Models trained on successful contracts don’t see enough failed deals with bad liability terms. Danger is in subtle wording (“reasonable” vs. “any”, “direct” vs. “indirect + consequential”). Models learn surface patterns, miss legal nuance.
